Steel track with lubricated plastic slide shoe.
Sash support arms snap onto and off of solid brass stud for installation.

Four mounting screws are needed to secure the hinge track to the window frame.
To adjust a casement sash, first fully open the casement window. Next, loosen the two screws in the bottom hinge adjustment block approximately three turns (do not remove screws). Next, move the heal of the sash towards the lock side of the window and re-tighten screws. For severe sash drag, repeat this procedure to the top hinge, except the adjustment is made by shifting the top of the window away from the lock side.
