This Sliding Glass Patio Door Handle Set is a surface mount type with the hook latch. It is molded form high impact polycarbonate plastic with the steel latch hook. The anti lift bar is, also, molded from high impact polycarbonate plastic. The handle set features an open handle style.  The handle set is universal and is good for both, left and right handed doors. Although, the latch hook is not reversible in relation to the handle set itself, the handle set can be turned upside down for right of left hand applications. The center-to-center hole locations for mounting are 4-15/16 inches (125 millimeters).  The hook latch projection from the mounting surface of the door frame is 5/8 inch (15.9 millimeters).
