Two-Linked Design

This unique Dyad Casement Operator provides smooth, continuous control of casement and single vent awning windows by utilizing the dyad, or two-linked design. The detachable clip linkage allows this operator to be disengaged from the sash for easy assembly and installation. Detachable clip can be reversed in the field.
This contenporary style operator will work on windows that are designed to open up to 90 degrees. Both, gear arm and link arm, are flat, with no offsets up or down, the detacable clip should be placed on the underside of the link arm. Link arm length is measured from the center of the rivet to the center of the attachment hole. This operator face-mounts from the outside with two screws. Operators with a three-point mounting feature (having a third center-mounting tab underneath the housing that provides increased stability of the operator on the window are available (please, click HERE). Machine screws, set five inches (127 millimeters) on center, thread through the window frame and into the back of the operator case for mounting.
