Sash Balance Installation Instructions

Replacement for Duplex, Superior, Preset and Fabco Windows.

Stamped steel casing with coil spring refraction. Sash lifters are made of aircraft cable, each cable extends 40".

This balance is not adjustable.  Each balance has the counter balance strength stamped into the casing face.  Never use a balance on sash that is heavier than the listed capacity of the balance. For sash heavier than 16 pounds use adjustable wood sash window balance, such as H3867, 3868, 3869 or 3870.

Minimum Order: 1 Package (one sash balance with attaching hardware per package).
