All D992 posts have a continuous channel to accommodate full height glass partitions from the top of the post to the counter surface. The two x three inch (51 x 76 millimeter) base is pre-drilled for easy installation on wood, marble or vitreous counter tops. Channels accept 1/4 inch (6.4 millimeter) thick material, and will also accept thinner material when properly glazed with vinyl which must be ordered separately.
