Adjustable Spring Power Surface Mount Door Closer is the perfect
closer replacement for your single size closer inventory.
This compact closer matches
the common industry 9-1/16 x 3/4 inch (230 x 19 millimeter) hole template,
making it ideal for both new and retrofit applications.
The closer will adjust from a
Size 2 through 5 to accommodate doors up to 264 pounds (120 kilograms).
Closing and latching speed
controls are independently adjustable and the adjustable back check feature
helps prevent damage to the closer, door, and adjacent surface when the door is
violently swung open due to wind or heavy pedestrian traffic.
