This CRL Wide Drop Plate is intended for use with our PR70 Series Surface Mounted Door Closers. It provides a solid mounting surface for the closer body when clearance or mounting surface is limited. Suitable for top jamb mounts when overhead ceiling clearance is less than 1-3/4 inches (45 millimeters) or to provide clearance for a surface applied stop or holder.
