High Viscosity (HV) Formulation

Many OEMs use CRL Essex™ U400HV Rapid Cure Urethane Adhesive to install auto glass in new vehicles. They also recommend it for aftermarket replacements. Essex™ U400HV meets FMVSS 212 Windshield Retention and FMVSS216 Roof Crush Standards. The High viscosity formulation eliminates the need for dam tape, and has higher initial (green) strength.
