This CRL DL1190 Series Cross Bar Exit Device combines simplicity and durability. This device is a proven product of providing an economical means to satisfy both security and life safety requirements in a proven storefront type exit device. Available in both a Rim and Concealed Vertical Rod versions, This Exit Device is ideal for use with aluminum or hollow metal doors. The device is shipped with a 42 inch length cross bar that is field sizeable to fit your exact door size requirements.

Added features include: nylon bushings at arm pins; contoured cross bar; and adjustable strikes. A standard rim cylinder (not furnished) can be applied directly to the door. No cylinder mounting pad is necessary. The body and arms are constructed of high tensile strength aluminum with an extruded aluminum cross bar. Internal parts are made of plated hardened alloys. The standard 42 inch (1067 millimeter) width will fit most doors. For narrower doors, cut the bar to fit. Baked acrylic coated satin finish aluminum or standard bronze hardware finishes are available.
If you would like to add a keyed cylinder order a DL911SCKDA lock and 1224X112FMS screws for installation.
Important Note:
This Rim Exit Device is handed. Handing is determined from the OUTSIDE or LOCK SIDE of the door. When outside, if the hinge is on the left, the door will swing out (towards you) the panic device needs to be a LHRB (Left Hand Reverse Bevel). If the hinge is on the right, the door will swing out (towards you) the Panic Device needs to be a RHRB (Right Hand Reverse Bevel).
