This CRL Custom Painted Cap Assembly is made to match your Custom Painted Standoff Base, and is now available from the Manufacturing Division of C.R. Laurence Co. As a result of customer requests for special lengths and finishes of Standoff Products, CRL now provides custom fabrication of 1/2 inch (12 millimeter), 3/4 inch (19 millimeter), one inch (25 millimeter), 1-1/4 inch (31 millimeter), 1-3/4 inch (44 millimeter) and two inch (50 millimeter) standoff base and cap assemblies. Available Finishes : Polished Stainless, Brushed Stainless, Satin Chrome, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Standard Powder Coat Colors.

• Custom Standoff Bases:
  If the overall length of the base is three inches (75 millimeters) or less, the standoff will be drilled and tapped the entire length of the base. If over three inches, the standoff will be drilled and tapped at a depth of one inch (25 millimeters) on each end. The thread size will be as follows: 1/2 inch (12 millimeters) is 10-24; 3/4 inch (19 millimeter) is 1/4-20; one inch (25 millimeter), 1-1/4 inch (31 millimeter), 1-3/4 inch (44 millimeter) and two inch (50 millimeter) is 5/16-18.
  
  
• Custom Cap Assemblies:
  The standard thickness will be 1/4 inch (6 millimeters) unless otherwise specified and will have a one inch (25 millimeter) screw threaded to be compatible with the matching Standoff Base. Vinyl washers are provided.
