Roll Spline and Cut Excess Screen With One Tool

Get two uses out of the CRL Combination Spline Roller and Cutter. Use one end to roll the aluminum screen wire into the frame, and the other to cut excess screen off as the spline is installed. The steel wheel has a rounded edge, and the blade is made of hardened steel. They are set in a contoured hardwood handle.
