The CRL Aztech Mini Hot Melt Butyl Dispensing System is a compact table top hot melt gunning unit designed for production rates of up to 50 pounds (22.7 kilograms) of hot melt sealants or adhesives per day. The pot holds approximately 20 pounds (nine kilograms) of material. Additional material may be added to the pot at any time during production. A heavy duty progressive cavity pump provides a uniform, pulse free adjustable flow rate for hand gunning or automatic dispensing. An eight foot (2438 millimeters) heated gunning hose and a trigger actuated hand gun with a swivel coupling is supplied with the unit. A variety of nozzles and dispensing heads are available. Clean up is minimal. The power is simply turned off when the equipment is no longer needed, and reheated when required. Heat up time is approximately one hour.
Read the owner\'s manual and all manufacturer\'s warnings before using this machine. The material that is dispensed from this unit can be in excess of 400°F and can easily cause burns to the skin and eyes. Failure to take these precautions can result in operator injury.
