CRL Stainless Steel Glass Racks for Standard Vans are fabricated of high strength stainless steel to meet the challenge of handling big payloads. Their all-welded construction is beautifully finished off with clear coat brushed finish. Longitudinal slats are welded directly to the A-frames rather than just bolted. Each rack also features four Stake-Loc rack stakes, Barpad® glass cushions on eight inch (203 millimeter) centers and neoprene Base Plate Pads on 12 inch (305 millimeter) centers. The usable ledgeboard is 3-1/2 inches (89 millimeters) wide with a double row of stake slots positioned 12 inches (305 millimeters) on center for safe load control. A five inch (127 millimeter) usable ledgeboard is available on special order. A front load stop is included. Your rack will have all the necessary reflectors to stay compliant with commercial vehicle requirements. Available options include a sign panel area for your company's logo and information, as well as a 30 inch (762 millimeter) manual height rack Ratchet Gear Extension which increases vertical load size. Extendable stakes will be included with the rack extension option. These options must be added at the time of order.
