This CRL Air Stop Height Adjustable Threshold has insert screws which allow you to adjust the threshold height to fit the gap beneath any door, even if it's an irregular cut using just a slotted screwdriver. Made of high strength aluminum, with a tough vinyl gasket strip, the threshold height can be adjusted from 7/8 to 1-5/16 inches (22.2 to 33.3 millimeters).
