The rugged all steel Kraft Paper Dispenser with spring-loaded blade can be mounted on the wall, table top, under counter or on wall (mounting hardware not included). Roll changing is easy with dowel holders and knife arms that lock into open position. Bulman cutters smoothly dispense many types of paper including butcher, kraft, and giftwrapping papers. Designed for use when wrapping mirror and glass for customers.

Holds up to 9" diameter roll. Cutters have 1/4" diameter mounting holes. Come with rubber feet. Finished in a light gray powder coat. Shipped unassembled.

For use with 12-in wide rolls.
