These CRL 11/16" Spiral Sash Balances are excellent for heavier commercial and institutional windows. Lite-Lift Balances will counter balance windows from 20 to 80 pounds (9 to 36 kilograms), and have a unique counter-balance spring design, which lifts 70% of the sash weight as compared to AAMA's 40% recommended minimum. Designed for either Tilt or Non-Tilt Windows, Lite-Lift Balances are custom made per order. Lite-Lift Balances are field tensioned like our other Spiral Balances once they have been installed, and have an adjustability of ± 2 pounds (1 kilogram). Lite-Lift Balances come with a plastic tube in one of four colors (white, gray, brown or black). Available tube lengths are
12 to 54 inches (305 to 1372 millimeters).
