CRL PWR615 Medium Viscosity Urethane in Sausage Pack is a high quality
adhesive that passes or exceeds the requirements of U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle
Safety Standards 208, 212, 216 and OEM specifications. With over 1,300 psi of
tensile strength at ultimate cure and 800 psi lap shear, PWR615 is one of the
safest and strongest urethanes offered for the aftermarket. Competitively priced
PWR615 has features that you would normally find in higher priced urethane
adhesives, such as easy gunning without stringy cutoff, a fast cure rate, and a
higher viscosity than standard urethane adhesives. Used in Europe by OEM's such
as Mercedes Truck, Volvo, VW and Peugeot, the POWR Urethane System has been
rigorously tested for superior performance by these companies.

CRL POWR Urethane cartridges have a quad-seal plunger for longer shelf life and easier gunning. New easy opening pull-tab bottom seal provides fast, easy use. POWR Urethanes are part of a complete system that includes a Glass Conditioner, a Glass Cleaner, a Glass and Pinchweld Primer, and an EPDM/PVC Primer. If you install auto glass, this is the system you want to use.
Cleaning and Conditioning Sequence
Use PWR22 CRL Automotive Glass Cleaner to clean the interior of the glass
Apply PWR4GC CRL Glass Conditioner with a dauber and wipe off while still in a
liquid state
Or apply PWR22 CRL Automotive Glass Cleaner a second time, and using a new fresh
towel, wipe dry
PWR4P CRL Glass and Pinchweld Primer MUST now be applied to the bonding
area of the glass. Touch up any bare metal scratches on the pinchweld.
NOTE: Do not apply on top of the old urethane. For bonding to EPDM/PVC molding
use PWR12P CRL Primer. Complete detailed instructions are printed on every
cartridge.

This Cure Rate Chart is provided as a guideline only. The automotive glass replacement industry has determined the following strengths meet the minimum requirements for safe drive times, 50 p.s.i for FMVSS 212 and 216, and 150 p.s.i for FMVSS 208. Cure rates are dependent upon numerous factors and conditions and your results may vary from these estimated times.
PWR600 is packed 24-10.5 ounce (311 milliliter) cartridges to a case, with two inner boxes of 12. Full pallets are 1,440 cartridges.
