CRL 2-Part Polyurethane is an effective edge seal used for fabricating insulating glass units. Both components base material equal approximately 50.7 Gallons, (191.9 liters) the activator is approximately 4.3 Gallons (16.3 liters), for a net yield of 55 gallons (208.2 liters). Best when mixed by weight, when using only as much as you need. Correct proportioning mixing ratio by weight is 14.8 to 1.
Mix with a CRL Portable Drill Mixer, and apply with a flexible blade putty knife. CRL Two-Part Polyurethane Insulating Glass Sealant contains no solvents, allowing it to be used safely with CRL Edgetech Super Spacer™. Set time is three hours when properly mixed.
I.G. units should be totally sealed with N600G15 within one hour of exposing Super Spacer adsorbent to the atmosphere.
