Ideal for Use With 95C Silicone Building Sealant
This CRL P23T Primer is a single component primer to be used with certain one-part CRL Silicone Sealants to promote adhesion to porous substrates like concrete, limestone, block etc. Clear color should not stain porous substrates.

Apply this Primer to clean, dry surfaces free from oils, loose mortar, laitance, form release agents, waterproofing, damp proofing and other contaminants. A thorough wire brushing, grinding, sandblasting or solvent cleaning may be required to expose clean, sound, virgin surfaces. Apply a uniform continuous film of primer, two coats may be required on certain very absorbent surfaces. Allow primer to air dry for approximately 60 minutes. A coverage rate of about 50 square feet per pint is recommended on rough or porous substrates.
Important Note:
After use, any remaining primer should be returned to a sealed container as soon as possible for storage. Containers should be tightly sealed when not in use. Changes in appearance from its original clear solution may indicate contamination or loss of shelf life. A sealant adhesion mock-up is recommended to assure performance.
