This CRL Corner Notching Template Set includes everything you need to cut right angle notches in glass up to 5/8 inch (15.9 millimeter) thick when used with the CRL TP2000 Toplife Glass Cutter (and the correct cutting wheel hone angle).

This is possible because of the TP2000 wheel holder's ability to rotate 360º. The ergonomically formed CRL TP20450 Transverse Handle can be adjusted to fit comfortably in your hand, making it easier for you to control the
CRL Toplife 2000 Glass Cutter. That is a real plus when you have to apply extra pressure to cut thick glass.
Two trigger-actuated vacuum cups secure the CRL TP078 Corner Notching Template to the glass, while the adjustable glass edge guides hold the 90º angle. Notch depth can be varied from 1-3/4 inch (44.5 millimeter) to 6-7/8 inch (174.6 millimeter), corner radius is 9/32 inch (7 millimeter). Made from 3/8 inch (9.5 millimeter) thick phenolic resin.
The CRL TP7040 Heavy Glass Breaking Pliers are
indispensable for running the score line in glass up to 5/8 inch (15.9 millimeter) thick. They are used with the
CRL TP078 Corner Notching Template to break out cut sections in a controlled manner. The compound action handle allows precise application of pressure.

this product. Use extra caution when handling and cutting thick glass. The
danger of a piece of broken glass falling is greater due to the extra weight.
