CRL BTB Classic Kit with Seven Blades

This CRL BTB Autoglass Cut-Out Tool Kit offers todays auto glass technician all of the tools required for any domestic or foreign glass removal. With the CRL BTB System the technician can use a variety of blades, either with the power tool or manually, using the handles provided with each kit. The power tool is small and compact, so you can use it in either hand. The air powered tool provides a strong "in-line" reciprocal stroke, enabling the blade to cut the urethane in all those hard-to-reach areas. The cut-out depth of the blades are regulated by the use of depth controller arms provided with each kit.

All BTB Blades are made of spring steel and can be sharpened to ensure constant clean cuts and extended blade life. Each blade is designed for specific cut-out situations and change out of the tool quickly and easily. The serrated blades combine the in-out movement with a sideways "sawing" action, allowing the experienced technician to speed up removal time.

Also new to the CRL BTB System are the Powered Cold Knife Blades numbers BTB27 and BTB27R. Using the reciprocal stroke of the BTB Tool, these Powered Cold Knife Blades effortlessly power through the bead of urethane.
