Sets and Locks in a Single Operation
This gauge measures from 0" to 108" with hairline accuracy without the operator changing position. Just raise operating bar - slide to desired length-drop bar and gauge is locked in position. It is installed on the front of your existing bench. Gauge is mounted below benchtop for radial and swing saws. Stop arms designed for easy removal leaving the benchtop clear, and giving you a "straight edge" stop the full width of your bench - allows you to cut more than one piece at a time. It speeds production because it's fast, accurate, and easy to use. Positive setting eliminates un-necessary setup time, and a measuring scale is visible at all times. Gauge is set and secured in position by positive locking steel cams controlled by an operating bar directly in front of the operator. Can be easily installed on your existing bench whether on a solid or roller top. Just attach a 3/8 inch (9.5 millimeter) spacer, then a straight two by four inch (50.8 by 101.6 millimeter) along the face of the bench, install gauge on the top of the two by four and mount the gauge indicator at the cutting line, and you're ready to start cutting.
