The CRL Wet Belt Sander is designed to use popular size four inch by 106 inch (101.6 X 2,692.4 millimeter) wet or dry abrasive belts to sand edges to the desired finish. Our New CRL 2200SS Belt Guard Safety Shield helps protect the operator in the event of accidental belt breakage. To solve the problem of water tank spray corrosion, we've replaced the steel tank with a Non-Rusting Fiberglass Water Tank. Securely fastened with six mounting bolts, the tank is trimmed with rugged U-Channel.

BELT SELECTION: CRL Wet Abrasive Belts in the 4 X 106 inch size are recommended for the 2200RP. The most popular are Cat. No. CRL4X106120X 120X Grit Smooth Finish, and Cat. No. CRL4X10680X 80X Grit Rough Finish, but other grits from 36X (Super Coarse) to 600X (Super Fine) are available for this machine, along with Cork Belts for high polishing.
