This CRL 24" Flexible Magnetic Pick-Up Tool remains inactive until you depress the fingertip controller to expose the magnet. This prevents the magnet from becoming stuck to every metallic item around while trying to retrieve that lost screw or bolt. The flexible shaft allows you to reach between and around areas not accessible to straight magnetic pick-up tools.
