How To: Install Standoff Caps |

Installing Round Standoff Caps: Screw cap into appropriate mounting hardware for your application. Use clear vinyl washers and plastic tubing to protect your material. Standoff Caps can be used on slatwall with a slatwall nut. |

Installing Geometric Standoff Caps: Screw the proper length standoff cap stud into your cap, and tighten it with a hex wrench. Insert the geometric standoff cap through the material being held, and square it with the barrel. Tighten the socket screw supplied with our square standoff barrels. |

Installing Low Profile Standoff Caps: For standoff caps less than 1" Diameter, use a hex tool or wrench to tighten caps down. For 1" diameter or larger, press and turn the Neoprene Standoff Wrench (GHD-NW) to tighten standoff caps. |

Installing Security Standoff Caps: Use tool GHD-SCT, tighten standoff security caps to prevent unwanted removal. Set screws are not required. |
